Our Values
This Code of Conduct is built on the same values that guide every part of our organization: Integrity, Commitment, Quality, Accountability, Teamwork, and Winning Spirit. These values apply equally to our own actions and to what we expect of every party with whom we do business.
Ethical Business Practice
We conduct our business honestly and with integrity, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the jurisdictions in which we operate. Every member of our organization is expected to exercise sound judgment and to act in a manner consistent with our values, even where specific guidance does not exist for a given situation.
Conflicts of Interest
We expect our people to avoid situations in which personal interests could conflict, or appear to conflict, with the interests of The Prudence Group, our clients, or our partners. Where a potential conflict arises, it should be disclosed promptly so that it can be properly assessed and managed.
Fair Dealing
We seek to deal fairly with our clients, partners, suppliers, and competitors. No member of our organization should take unfair advantage of any party through manipulation, concealment, abuse of privileged information, misrepresentation, or any other unfair practice.
Confidentiality
Many of our engagements involve sensitive commercial, financial, and strategic information. We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of information shared with us by clients and partners, and we expect the same standard of discretion from every member of our organization.
Respectful Workplace
We are committed to a workplace built on mutual respect, free from discrimination and harassment. This commitment extends to how we engage with colleagues, clients, partners, and contractors, consistent with our broader Human Rights Policy.
Compliance with Laws
We are committed to complying with the laws and regulations applicable to our business in every jurisdiction in which we operate, including those governing anti-corruption, competition, trade, and data protection. Compliance is treated as a baseline expectation, not an aspiration.
Reporting Concerns
Any individual who becomes aware of conduct that may violate this Code of Conduct is encouraged to raise the matter promptly. Concerns may be directed to info@prudenceco.com. We are committed to reviewing concerns raised in good faith without retaliation against the individual who raised them.
